Route: 80 km | Duration: 1/2 day | Recommended period: June/July

Provence is full of villages perched on impervious spurs of rock that deserve a look if only for the astonishing glimpse they give to those who have the patience to seek them out.

These villages are almost always the result of ancient medieval vestiges and are characterised by a timeless charm, partly because of the dense network of picturesque alleyways, partly because of the superb panorama that surrounds them, but above all because of the welcome and beauty with which they have been restored and enhanced with that delicacy and attention that is typically Provençal.
